From 30 to
32,000 Visitors in Two Months?
How was
Gregory K. Pincus able to start a blog one day
in February 2006 and end up on the influential
news site Slashdot, have a
feature article in the New York Times, and get a
two-book contract only two months later?
Some people
have all the luck!
But wait —
maybe it wasn’t luck at all, but a carefully
thought-out plan?
What if
Gregory didn't just
happened to stumble into some great media
exposure? What if he actually mapped
out the steps and planned his blogging campaign?
Wouldn’t it be great to find out how Gregory did
it?
Better yet,
how would you like to hear Gregory's story first
hand and find out how you can replicate
his steps for your own business or blog?
Well, you’re
the one who’s lucky because you’re invited to
The Blog Squad’s teleseminar
featuring Gregory K. Pincus of GottaBook blog.

Gregory’s Story
“I
started blogging on February 21, 2006 for
a few reasons:
1)
To join the children’s literature
community online...because I love it
offline, as well.
2)
To have a web presence...and not a static
one.
3)
To experiment with harnessing the
connective power of the web.
On
April 7, my blog and my story about
poems based on a mathematical sequence
called Fibonacci – “Fibs” were a featured
story on the big news site Slashdot. That day,
I got over 32,000 hits to my blog.
On
April 14, I was featured in the New York Times
(with picture!). Five editors emailed me
that day to talk about doing a book deal.
On
April 24, I closed a two-book deal
with Arthur A. Levine Books at
Scholastic.” |
We were so
impressed that we invited Gregory to share his
viral campaign plan with you.
